产品描述

SINHO凸台缓冲耐磨陶瓷复合衬板是专门针对高落差冲裁、大颗粒冲击的恶劣工况而开发的。陶瓷本体一体烧结形成弧形缓冲凸台。当物料下落时，首先撞击凸台结构，分散了冲击动能，防止冲击力集中在陶瓷表面，大大降低了瓷体塌陷、破碎的概率。

产品采用增韧92/95氧化铝陶瓷与预制金属底板结合，衬板中心预留沉头安装孔，支持底板焊接和螺栓锁紧双重固定。无需依赖粘合剂，耐高温，耐连续振动，粘合层不老化、不剥落。

成品模块化预制，现场直接组装焊接，施工便捷。单件独立结构，局部损坏可单独更换，无需整体拆卸衬里。广泛应用于高落料斗、选矿口、原煤筒仓、骨料溜槽等强冲击点，有效延长设备基质的使用寿命，减少生产线停机和维护频率，降低企业长期运行维护成本。
