SINHO法兰陶瓷内衬弯管由两端带有一体式法兰的涂漆碳钢外管和内部高纯度92%/95%氧化铝陶瓷内衬组成。弯头是管道中最容易遭受物料侵蚀的部位。法兰设计可实现螺栓连接，无需现场焊接，安装维护方便。两种制造选择：SHS离心一体成型和瓷砖贴陶瓷内衬。白色氧化铝陶瓷内衬与黑色防腐喷漆钢壳相结合。广泛用于磨蚀性固-气、固-液介质翻转输送。配套的陶瓷直管、三通和异径管均采用相同法兰标准，适用于整个管道系统。
主要优势
1.一体式法兰端部，安装简单
现场直接螺栓连接，无需焊接。管道改造时易于拆卸和更换，节省施工时间。
2. 优越的抗侵蚀性能
高铝陶瓷衬里，莫氏硬度9，HRA≥88。弯头外弧冲击区加厚陶瓷。使用寿命远长于普通碳钢弯头，减少停机和更换成本。
3、外钢管黑色防腐涂层
表面防锈漆保护承压钢管，美观整洁，使用寿命更长。
4.陶瓷内表面光滑防粘连
致密的白色陶瓷衬里减少了材料翻转过程中的涡流阻力，防止粉末堆积和结垢，降低能耗。
5、针对多种工况定制
弯头角度、弯曲半径、DN尺寸和陶瓷厚度均可定制。工作温度-50~700℃，耐弱酸、弱碱。广泛应用于电力、矿山、水泥、冶金、煤化工等行业。
